For over 30 years, we have been rescuing and rehabilitating abused, neglected horses and donkeys.
What We Do
At HCHR, we provide a safe, loving home for horses in need. We work hard to rehabilitate and care for horses who have been mistreated or neglected, and we strive to place them in loving, forever homes. We provide medical care, food, shelter, and training to all of the horses in our facility. We also offer resources and support to those looking to adopt a horse. Our mission is to ensure that every horse in our care lives a healthy, happy life.
Who We Are
We are volunteers, sponsors, donors, Board Members, and staff who provide the loving care these special equines require. Whether it is repairing a fence or washing out feed buckets, every task, big or small, helps HCHR succeed in our Mission.
